“Gemba” - A Japanese word that means - “The Real place where a value is added” or “ The place were things are transformed”

This mostly takes place where the people are.

When leaders remove themselves from Gemba we lose our value.

We must spend our time in the places with the people who are things are transformed.

“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭27:17‬ ‭ESV‬‬

If you want to find your “Gemba”and be “Gemba” then you must dare to get into the lives of people!
