Learning To Say "I'm Sorry"
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." - Luke 6:37 NIV
Did you know that selfish people struggle saying I'm sorry. Why? They haven't learned to put themselves in other people shoes. Instead of washing feet like Jesus, they often deny responsibility, play the victim. Along with this self-centeredness comes an unhealthy self-consciousness. This is a byproduct of the curse in the garden with Adam and Eve.
Part of the sanctification process for the believer is overcoming our self-consciousness. How? By becoming more God conscious and others conscious.
"Remember, everyone is fighting a battle that we know nothing about. We draw conclusions too quickly, especially negative conclusions." - (Mark Batterson - Please, Sorry, Thanks)
Today and from this day forward, may we learn to see people through the eyes of Jesus, including ourselves.
Team Wade loves you and is praying for you ❤️👊
