“The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”

‭‭Exodus‬ ‭14:14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Moses said these words to the children of Israel just before the crossing of the Red Sea ,Moses represents Jesus Christ, the children of Israel represent you and me, and the crossing of the Red Sea is a very powerful representation of salvation itself.

Stillness and peace are likely the most difficult attitude of faith to maintain, especially in today’s busy culture. It can be the hardest thing in the world when all of your instincts tell you to run or fight. Do you take time in your day to just be still and listen to God? What keeps you from these moments with God?

It’s like that with salvation. God does the work; not us. And trusting Him enough to let Him do His work can be the greatest battle we will ever face. It’s the battle of surrender and faith.

The Bible says- Be still and know that “I am God”
